The Vineyard Suites at Indian Creek senior housing community is scenically located along Indian Creek at 3523 East Linden Street in Caldwell, Idaho. The community is comprised of 50 one and two bedroom suites. The property is designed with services and amenities specially suited to meet the physical and social needs of persons 55 years and older.
The community is designed for senior households whose incomes are 30% to 50% of area median income, with rents based on household income. The Indian Creek community includes significant common and gathering areas. Property amenities include a large community room with kitchen, exercise room, computer room and library, game and entertainment areas, common laundry areas and a manager’s office.
